The Hardscape & Construction Assistant works alongside experienced team members to build and maintain outdoor structures and stonework installations. This position is suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on projects and are eager to develop skills in construction and design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building fences, decks, patios, and walkways
• Prepare and level work sites for hardscape installation 
• Support grading, stone cutting, and laying stone or concrete materials
• Safely handle power tools, construction equipment, and materials
• Ensure project sites remain clean, safe, and organized
   

Qualifications:

• Interest or experience in construction, carpentry, or landscaping
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor environments
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn 
• Experience with tools and equipment is an asset

As a Landscaping Crew Member, you’ll be part of a dedicated team responsible for delivering high-quality lawn and garden care services to residential and commercial clients. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging
• Assist with planting trees, shrubs, and seasonal flowers
• Conduct yard clean-ups, pruning, and debris removal
• Support seasonal projects such as mulching and soil preparation
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
   

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic with attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Previous landscaping or gardening experience is an asset but not required
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential

The Seasonal Lawn Care Technician plays a key role in maintaining the health and appearance of our clients’ lawns during peak seasons. This is a great opportunity for students or those seeking flexible hours in spring and summer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide lawn mowing, trimming, dethatching, and edging services
• Assist in lawn seeding, soil preparation, and turf installation (real and artificial)
• Conduct seasonal clean-ups to prepare properties for summer or winter
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards 
• Maintain and clean tools and equipment after use
   

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Physical stamina for extended periods of outdoor activity
• Prior experience in lawn care is preferred but not required
